Maybe i redesighned him a bit...

Act one: kind of like an invincible pet that can summon any weapon.

Act two: a pair of gauntlets that inhance the users strength and magic

Act three: A close range stand. This stand's ability is being able to cancel another users ability. (example) If it is fighting josuke, Crazy diamond will not be able to repair things.

K-ZILLA's Edit: I was digging through my mind desperate to find an idea for an ability. I have no idea for the stand stats.
