Hydreigon is a Dark/Dragon type Pokemon introduced in gen 5. It has the highest special attack of all pseudo-legendary pokemon and receives STAB(Same Type Attack Bonus) from Draco Meteor.

Annoyingly so you can only get him once zweilous reaches Lv 64 so he has the highest Level to attain before evolution in Pokemon as well.
