The most broken #pokemon ever!
Rayquaza resides in the ozone and when he learns dragon ascent, he can mega evolve into mega rayquaza. He is the defender of the whole pokemon world and is powerful enough to destroy 7 km wide meteors by smashing into them.
When rayquaza spots a threat he will soon obliterate it. In battle he doesn't even need a stone to mega evolve and when he enters he activates delta stream which eliminates his weaknesses and gives him a boost. He is powerful enough to take kyogre and groudon both at the same time, those two are already known to destroy entire regions.
He is so OP that the pokemon competitive community of Smogon declared a new tier which is basically the banlist of their banlist.

Well I know what to name this new pokemon.
Boi. Pokemon are named by combining words together.
For example, Rayquaza is named after rays- beams of light, and quasars- a celestial object emitting tons of energy.
Do I really have to explain my joke? Fine, the joke is that the names are unorthedox and look like someone smashed their head on a keyboard and changed some letters.
Epitaph, false. Ultra Necrozma is at its OP-est when you fight it in the story, but that’s only because it has an Omni-Boost in every stat.
Also, the only stat that Ultra Necrozma outclasses Mega Rayquaza is speed. I’ve even fought a few Ultra Necrozmas with my Shiny Mega Rayquaza in Ultra Sun, all of which were quickly destroyed by my black dragon of death.
