The Gratitude Pokemon.

Found in the meadows in the North/East of Sinnoh, Shaymin is known for it's ability to change into it's Sky Forme once coming into contact with a Gracidea Flower (kinda like how Giratina becomes Origin Forme when given the Grisious Orb).

Shaymin is a fairly weak Pokemon and is best left in the PC as the Pokemon you'd have by the point you'd obtain Shaymin will already be far better.
