The user blasts the target with power that distorts even time. Roar of Time inflicts damage and then forces the user to recharge during the next turn.

Unless this attack misses, the user will always have to recharge the next turn. It's commonly used by Dialga as that it's main move. (It's my favorite move because it looks cool in the anime.)
