Hi, this character is from the game Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice developed by Fromsoftware.
Pack includes different right and left versions of the character and his arms. I designed the prosthetic arms in a way that they are usable on both right and left versions. But keep in mind that his regular arm has two different versions for right and left.

If prosthetic arm says 1 or 2 in the name, then this probably means you have to join them together.
