The Evolved Shiny Diamond Allows the user to slow time for the victim after Shiny Diamond has touched him/her.

The slowed time only works if Shiny Diamond has touched someone. Shiny Diamond was able to slow time before as well. However, after years of training, Shiny Diamond is now able to slow time or Increase His Own Timeflow for 5 Seconds now. While Predominantly Shiny Diamond only could do it for 1.5 Seconds.
