Spider-Man from earth 21 is one of the few heroes who survived an alien attack which left the earth almost lifeless, Peter and the rest of the heroes help the civilians who survived and investigate how to return the earth to how it was before.

The Spider-Man of this earth is also one of the members of a multiversal team of heroes from different earths led by IronMan from Earth 28.

What is this group?

This team was formed by Tony Stark from earth 28, the plan of this Stark was to create a machine with which he could travel between universes and upon achieving this, several villains from different earths began to join together to form a team of multiverse supervillains.
