Tenkaiichi has gone insane from the hatred he got.
So much that he almost killed his about to be Collab partner, Kaiju.
He has hidden in the community, and shrouds his identity with sarcasm, stupidity, and jokes. He is a great martial artist, and an expert marksman. He is also known to have sudden breakdowns, causing an opening when he fights. But he also can get inside his opponents head, driving them insane as well. Overall, he is a nutjob, but a formidable enemy.

Yeah, Kaiju is a pretty damn hard guy to finish off. I can only think of a super small number of OC’s that can pull it off. Then again, what do you mean by “about to be collab partner”?
