These robots serve as a police force in Thaltop as well as a border security unit.

The were created 6 years after Thaltops separation and have done the job of investigating crimes, watching borders and watching over the safety of people. They also will deal with riots They are armed with non lethal weaponry like Sahara-H assault rifles loaded with shock ammunition and shock batons when in the city and in the inner part of Thaltop.

Due to strict policy and little tolerance towards surrounding nations, they hold lethal weaponry at borders including hanguns, submachine guns and sometimes a Sahara H. In both areas of Thaltop they will use shield that prevents them for being damaged. These robots are built out of cheaper metals and fibers with less complex programming than the combat bot. Even though they will break easier than a combat bot, they are more heavily armored on the legs and feet as those are more exposed areas when they are holding shields. In terms of their default programming compared to a combat bot, they will use less combat techniques and aren't programed to use any nearby items as weapons to defend itself.

A big flaw in their design is the amount of thin, easy to penetrate metal on the back that covers a battery that is extremely flammable while holding a compressed gas. This will cause them to blow up and set on fire. Becoming a danger to anything around them.

Unlike combat bots, they are entirely controlled by programming and not partially. They are always free to move on their own. Very few of these robots have been controlled by humans.
