TheRainbowTrain's powers: Can fly, Can teleport (but lightning appears when he teleports), able to sense electricity, can shock you, can cause lighting beams to land on you, the bits on his gloves are alive and they can stretch, stab, or shock, and has a club he can either smack you with or shock you with. I might give him a whip and more powers in the future
