This is a version of Thunderbolt from a sub universe dubbed as Super 05 (super aught five).

In this timeline, Thunderbolt is a female who retired from being a doctor and began to live a happy life. She is actually quite happy in her conditions. Life is going well for her in her little cabin in Canada (of which, in this timeline, are an Empire.) For her, life is only getting better!
