one of them has a medical pack on the back and the other normal, in the pacific the medics were advised to not wear their insignia just incase if it made them less of a target

Yup cause it was a war crime to murder medics but the Retarded Japanese soldiers decided to ignore this so that’s why there insignia is hidden
