The grand city ruled by Tehphet. this exquisite location is situated at the topmost region of the North of Utopia where thick deserts of sand sweep across the landscape in every direction. it is built just beside the great barrier, an energy wall that prevents entry and exit to or out if the Outskirts. The city within is built with unique architecture and extravagant towers built as lookouts to scan the vast sandy plains for 'visitors'.

The main Palace itself is the big building in the very centre, the bit at the top with all the pillars is in fact Tehphet's room, an open room the size of a football pitch with even a personal bath (also immense in size).

The view from this area is one of the best (if you're into looking at the same sand dunes everyday) compared to the slit windows of the nearby towers. down at the bottom of the Palace is a large expanse where stalls are set up for trade as well as many other reserved buildings for smithing, growing metal trees and of course the all time favorite... writing the latest edition of 'Utopia Weekly' (a personal favorite of Roux's as she's in it a lot. Though only because she's basically causing the end of the world)
