      I’m not him, but I’d say a cannon caliber anywhere from 120-150mm, and a fully turning turret (unless you’re going for a tank similar to the Swedish Stridsvagn 103), and also I’d say in general ERA (not just kontakt 5), at this point it’s also ideal to have a remote MG turret to counter infantry, also if needed, you could always stick an ATGM launcher onto the vehicle for extra firepower.
      If you’re going American use TUSK II btw

        I’m goin’ for a “futuriStick” style tank
        Btw a fully turning turret is the basics of basics for a modern tank
        but yeah , an ATGM launcher’s a good idea along with a 150mm smooth bore gun and a remote MG.
