Watch speedanimate videos, or alan beckers tutorial on the principles of animation so you can actually see how you can improve.
If you don’t say those are helpful, either your not mean’t for animating or your not trying hard enough.

Plus, there are a few videos that show the process of making a combo or something.
Heres a pro tip from a fellow animator with zero skill. Turn up yo fps. And use camera angles to make movements more clear.
