The forms on the right are buttons, they actually multiply your stats (and change size, when necessary, like Great Ape, the SSJ Grades, Broly forms, and SSJBE). The auras will eventually toggle with the form buttons, and the outfits will eventually be attached to morphs, but we still have a while to go until we learn how to do that.

Base and Ōzaru are tied for the slowest forms–Ultra Instinct, of course, is the fastest.
Super Saiyan God, Ultra Instinct Sign, and Ultra Instinct all slim you down.
The Kaiō-Ken stages slowly bulk you up the higher you go; Super Saiyan Grades Two & Three, Wrathful, Wrathful Super Saiyan, Super Saiyan Blue Evolution, and Super Saiyan Full Power all bulk you up as well, with Ōzaru making you a whopping 10x larger as well.
