I guess, but my extreme emotions usually happen irl.
If i have a meltdown its usually in the bathroom or my mothers room where i can ball my eyes out because there’s usually toilet paper or tissue i can wipe my eyes with.

Its not necessarily often, its kind of every 3 or 4 weeks. I only vent when i have too much stress build up.
