I have made my stuff stupid op sometimes , but it’s mainly cause like , they have a story , events happen , etc
I feel like some people change their Ocs , not to what their ideas bring , but instead change them to feel better then others
Yeah, some people do make their OCs stupidly powerful just to be stronger than other people’s and that’s a bit wack.
I frequent one server where there’s actually a chart of people’s power levels, and there’s this big gap between Crazy OP characters and then in the middle there are just reasonably powerful guys.
That’s what I hate as well
I doubt that character’s power level is due to lore , or anything like that
But instead it’s just weird ego boosting
Which is sad because , op characters aren’t bad on paper but when people do this type of shit
It just completely ruins everything
To be honest the most it has to do with lore is judging a characters significance in their eyes. The over powered ones don’t seem to play big roles very often.
Still though, the rest of that server is great though.
Frick I’m looking back at this, I meant that the Non-OP characters don’t play big roles often.
