Not really, just use references and keep practicing.

There are some good lessons online so I would recommend using those. If you already draw I would say use what you know and try and recreate art you have made digitally. If not then find a style (comic, anime, realistic etc) and try and learn it.
If you’re drawing something, use a reference until you’re confident in your abilities. I used a reference for a character I was interested in drawing and it turned out beautifully, despite the fact that I suck at drawing.
