As of today, I have been on the site for one whole year. Since I’m not good at writing long posts I’ll try to keep this nice and short.

Back when I joined the site last October, I was a lot different of a person than I am now (I would tell you to scroll through my old activity and see for yourself, but seriously don’t, it’s pretty cringe.)

Between now and then I’ve interacted with a lot of people. Some have been absolutely amazing to talk to, and some not so much (not gonna name names but you know who you are.) It’s crazy to think a year has passed when it feels like I’ve been here way shorter.

Thanks for being cool, sticknodes community. (well, mostly cool)

  Nice! I’m coming up on my 2nd in February now, and I can tell you, users come and go quickly. People pop up, try and be something or do something, but just leave. Some even become well-known. But few newer users have become such a staple in the community as you have, and some others. Now I know 1.5 or so years isn’t that long, but it’s long enough to tell that you’ve done some good work, and you’ve made an impact on the site. Bravo.

  Congrats on an entire year, in all honesty I barely know of your early days which goes to show the progression and way things have matured.
