Well, demons are a thing to interprete, because they don’t exist. In my envisioning of them, none of them have genders and yet some are bestowed with gentiles. Basically, my scientific way of explaining would be because they have neither X or Y chromosomes which are a deciding factor in what you gender is.
So neither Succubi or Inccubi are truly men or women, they’re merely illusions us mortals struggle to comprehend.
