Question of the day:How much can you eat in terms of portions?
This is hard to judge so letโs say youโre given a normal full-sized plate of spaghetti pasta, are you type of person to finish it all or maybe less, possibly more?
As an extra, would you say your weight factors into how much you yourself eat or is it just a case of a huge appetite and stomach?








I could finish a whole plate of spaghetti
Maybe 2 if I’m feeling extra hungry
I would either eat it all, or leave a little bit.
Couldn’t finish a plate of spaghetti, even for a guy who eat plates of fried noodles.
Okay, I can eat 1-2 plates of food. Sometimes I can eat 3, but that rarely happened.
I can finish 3 plates of spaghetti if I wanted to

But i workout alot so I pick the right meals and thats not in my diet
Ah, finally someone within the Stick Nodes community that seems to hold some knowledge of exercise and diet.
Iโm no expert myself but it just seems nobody really holds much an interest to the physical side of things, which is fine although just very inclusive and dull for anyone who does.
trust me I know enough to say that masturbating will effect your workout routine
I hate to be the actually guy but actually masturbating doesnโt affect your results, your testosterone levels will fluctuate but not enough to hinder your gains.
Even then, so long as you make sure to flap the fiddle only every so often youโll have more motivation.

I do know that it has no effects on testosterone but it does effect your mental state as men get sleepy after ejaculation which can ruin your routine so it does impact a workout routine, thanks anyways though lol
Youโre correct there, it produces painkilling and relaxation chemicals so reduces motivation and hinders mindset as you said.

I question that statement, not the second part.
Iโm sure some or many do know a fair amount but usually if you know the stuff it means youโll have some interest in it purely because exercise and fitness is far more vast than many anticipate.

Hell yeah, just live your life, I respect that.
Although upholding health to some degree feels good especially when you exercise enough to see results.
Iโd say aiming for 20 – 25% bodyfat and with good muscularity is ideal.

Sorry to hear that, I was suffering from immense stomach problems in early 2020 also.
It passed but Iโm willing to bet stress caused it and ulcers or something like that formed in the lining of my stomach.
