@ralph u ever considered something like the auto-camera, but for stks? Like, it’s the exact same system, select a start and end point, how you want the movement to be interpolated, and the app does it for you. This would be especially helpful for things like vehicles, dynamics wide screen effects, really anything that needs to move from point A to point B. Maybe it could even work on things like movieclips, so having a stickfigure walk across the scene is now really easy to do.
Jus saying, you got a perfectly good system for this, it would be a shame if it only used for the camera.

Definitely a good idea but I think it’d be better just to introduce a revamp of the tweening / interpolation system rather than just a dedicated button to “auto” everything
Like for example, interpolated movement or keyframing the movement of stickfigures without having to set everything in the animation to tween, which is incredibly limiting
Essentially, keyframing with tween curves or graphs that allows you to create tweened movements while still being on non-tween
Something like constantly adding tweened frames manually but less finnicky and requiring less manual input
but i doubt a mobile app can do this properly, probably a feature for stick nodes pc if i have to assume
When you say “tweening/interpolation” system, do you mean the thing that makes the entire animation smoother? I’ll be honest, that’s such a baked in feature idk if it would be smart trying to change it.
I’m tryna come up with ideas that fit the framework of the app, it prides itself on intuition, so I think that adding features that use what the app already has is the best way to add new things.
Also I agree that a tweening graph thing would be nice, but like, again, this is made for new animators lol
I think that having a list of possible timing options is best bc, let’s be real, 80% of the user base are literally toddlers XD, use something we already understand, (plus it will sync with the already existing camera system rather nicely).
this ^ basically, but i’d add in the most important aspect – layers
