    Help

I’m trying to study angles and viewpoints, but I can’t figure out how to make a complex figure look this way. I can do it just fine with a basic stick, but a more detailed figure like Max is harder to work with.

Her’s an example of what I mean by angles. Rather than a basic 2d animation,I want it to pan between the first image’s angle and the seconds.

There’s a bunch of apps that allow you to pose 3d models and save the picture, but making a new figure for each frame just so I can make it fluid sounds like more pain than I already need…

    • You should establish the design of your oc from certain angles, then use common sense on how the shapes would look from different angles using your imagination. Use a reference for the angle if it’s too hard

    • getting that kinda angle in SN with a complex figure is gonna be tough

you could maybe get away with a few frames of movement if you make a solid figure of your guy from that perspective and have really good smart-stretch action going

makes me remember those old SN vids I can’t seem to find the link of, dude basically drew each frame of a DBZ fight or something I believe, but in stick nodes
