Short Sprite Update Speculation

So Ralph posted a new update video for the Sprite Update, in this video, he demonstrates a recently-added feature that takes Minecraft skins and turns them into movable images, acting like an actual stickfigure. The video is pretty self-explanatory so here’s the link to watch it for yourself:

One thing that wasn’t mentioned was a new button under the settings labeled “Screenshot Stickfigures”. Now, I don’t have an idea of how this button would work. Still, I’m thinking it’s a better way to showcase figures by automatically exporting an image of the figure instead of importing them into a frame and exporting them through a png, but that’s just what I think it could be.

Finally, as mentioned before, a new SplashScreen contest will be held as a part of the new update, and since it’s been hinted at a bit by Squi with mentions of a google form and a post that just says “have fun next week guys” on the actual SplashScreen contest group, it’s been speculated that the contest will commence soon.

That’s all the news for now, but once again this is all speculation so all of this could be wrong, anyways we’ll just have to wait and see.
