To put it into perspective, you’re hardly consistent enough here to be noticed properly, your character is okay but lacks consistency and depth, the most work you’ve churned out has been a nice effort but no more than that.

If you want to change that than just start working towards what you want, than just putting in little droplets of work and expecting praise and recognition to fall into your lap.

That’s the more long-winded reason but simply put, not particularly.
