The 2nd Ranked of the ‘7 Omens’, a formidable group of ‘tyrants’ as some like to call them. Nobody really knows what criteria is used to rank an Omen (as some don’t seem all that powerful at all), but the one fact everyone knows of is that they answer to one person and one person only.

Rank 2 hasn’t been seen in ages, but strangely enough hasn’t been replaced either, suggesting he’s still out there somewhere
