    • Perhaps stay away from screens

And what helps me is being in a dark room, eating regularly and drinking cold water, while resting my head on a pillow.

    • Check for any nutrient deficiencies or lack of water etc.

Maybe you’ve been sitting too long? Not sure, just putting suggestions out there.

of course you can’t get a headache for sitting too long, RELAX KID, seriously, you need a massage, for ur face. that will probably help

Possibly but sitting down too long can mean you have a lack of blood going around your body so you can get dizzy or have a wave of weird Blurlines and such go over your vision as you essentially avoid blacking out with the sudden movements.

Saying you’d get a headache from lack of exercise through walking and getting sufficient blood flow is a fair thing to assume and I don’t think rubbing hands on a head will do anything at all considering the pain is in your head not on your skin or skull.

Headaches can come from stress or muscle tension in the face as well as a sudden increase in blood flow (the lack of blood flow will lead to dizziness and possibly) (NIH). However massaging helps with relaxing muscle tension and relaxing, this might not be the case for a splitting headache lasting for 2-3 days, but for headaches in general, I stand firm on my position
Edit: Most Headaches can happen when pain sensing nerves in the face are set off so it is not in the mind like people think.

Took some ibuprofen and it did the trick so I don’t think it’s anything serious
I get headaches a lot for no reason but it usually stays a lot tamer, yesterday it just randomly started in the car.
