They can affect your mental health, which in turn affects your physical health. People have actually died from a number of mental health issues- not just by suicide.

I see that very user be understandably frustrated and distraught, so he strikes back.

I see a war forming, two sides that believe they are right and the others are wrong beyond all measures.
I see both sides, scheming to take the other down.
I see the scorched aftermath, day and night taking heavy hits to their reputation.
