long story short, eggbert is a user who was banned last year for being a massive nuisance, but kept coming back on alts. megaphone was another annoyance who “left” yesterday but “came back” earlier. kingdomkid (or whatever his name was, idc enough to check) was megaphone on an alt account who was banned for spamming the site with gore.
