Depends on who it is, if you were new then yes but that’s how we bias here, unless you’re Gigan and even he has limits for how often and how far he can push it nobody is untouched from the rules and general guidelines.
In Gigan’s case he announced what he was doing and apologised etc plus he’s Gigan so partial leniency points granted I guess.
