So like a found footage type of deal but within your fictional universe? That’s good.
I’m doing a similar premise for the revamped interview group only not horror oriented and more set to different stylisations of interactions between users ( interviews ) except aspects from the real interviews here on group will be carried over and animated.
Replying to:Tastylemon16An in-universe analog horror video?
So like a found footage
Yes! Kinda like that but the premise isn’t super found footage-y. It’s more like the Mandela Catalog’s style of fixed cameras and dialog with the jumpscare being led up to, but it should have a bit more clarity to the look of it.
I’ve noticed that with a bunch of Analog Horror videos is that they compensate for a lot by having the framing be incredibly unorthodox, to the point where It’s incredibly difficult to tell what’s going on, and especially if it’s black and white.
I also wanted to give it clearer and more direct storytelling. I want the look to be more minimalistic, combing characters made in sn that would look reminiscent of the style in the Walter Files, and putting them into real life photos that look incredibly liminal.
