Spooky month begins and the site embraces their detective sides

Today confirms the beginning of all the spooky antics we can expect users to get up to as October has officially arrived. In other news, a certain somebody who is believed to be Mr Random has been discovered stealing OCs and generally toying with the idea of OCs in ways that hurt the creators reputation, skill and more. All in all, not a very respectable set of actions from random. Luckily he has been discovered and enough of a flashlight has been shone on to his transgressions enough to put him and keep people aware of his behaviour.
