That shit just happens when you’re younger, it sucks but I guess just make what you can of it.
Less screen time = more real world time basically
You can hang out with friends more, go out or do something more productive like train, run, take up a cool hobby or study. Sounds tedious and draggy but once you cultivate the right changes for yourself it will feel more rewarding than browsing YouTube for hours at a time etc.
I’m actually quite Good with stuff like I do go outside and walk with my parents when they go for walks but it’s just annoying cause now I can’t watch YT on my phone I mean he said I can watch it on TV which is no problem other than most of the time my family walks around in front of the tv and my brother is always laying on the couch and the living room in our RV is kinda small etc
