and for the other side of the war, the U.R.A (United Republics of America) the number one enemy of the Viskans, originally known as the USA but after a change of government, changed the country into a police surveillance state, something resembling present day China (in our timeline, not this project), the police are actually a brach in the military, and have constitutional rights above citizens, which include the right to raid, arrest, and Enhanced Tactical Options, (extreme force, violent tactics)
they also converted each state into a ¨Republic¨ , a different type of state system that has each Republic handel everything on their own, but are still governed by the URA government through means of military occupation and control of all crop and oil trade, and states have to pay a huge tax to the government, and most of that is aleady citizen tax payer money, places are rather unfunded because of this.
