I’m guessing their trying to mimic the faces from the cartoon’s, but it evidently failed.

I’ve never followed Transformers too closely but from what I’ve seen the original films are the only good ones to me.
Transformers 1 + 2 maybe 3 all pretty peak, in my opinion of course.
What about the bumblebee movie. Or rise of the beasts. You know, the ones that actually try to respect the G1 cartoons and films designs and pay homage to those. What about those movies, Lemon. Huh. 🍋🔫

Not everything has to be based solely on G1 to to be good
ummmmmm your right but g1 is usually what i think should be turned into live action movies
… yeah, you’re probably part of that subgroup of TF fans throw hissy fits when Optimus’ chest windows are a slightly darker shade of blue
Now as for that criticism, Dark of the Moon was literally episodes The Ultimate Doom, Megatron’s Master Plan and a not so subtle reference to Atlantis, Rise
i dont care about primes titties unless he doesnt have the matrix
also i just personally care about the designs, the story elements are okay and can be okay
im gonna say it, i never actually watched any g1 related media, i just really like their designs
but i think that there needs to be atleast some regards to g1

i havent seen it, but all i know is that its a sequel(?) to the bumblebee movie from 2018 and that it has g1 designs
so i like it

usually i dont see him with optimus’ little “head coin” as i like to call it, so i didnt really see it
the design i remember is the old g1 one where he has that giant greyish blue helmet thingy
and with the fact that bumblebee and megatron are shown here i kinda just assumed it was optimus

As Larry said, the attempt to replicate the G1 faces doesn’t work and while I do appreciate it, the animation doesn’t exactly reach level the cybertron games trailers animations

i watched the trailer and i think it looks actually kinda good!
for replicating the faces i think it looks decent
maybe not as good as other transformers shows like war for cybertron but i think it gets the job done!
