Judging by the hood shape and how far the roof goes back, I’m going to say this is a minivan (idk hyundais very well)
So unfortunately idk if there is many cosmetic mods you can do to a minivan without becoming a rice-lord
I’d say, save up some cash, get any used car, something like a older honda or toyota, maybe a catfish camaro or a foxbody mustang depending on what you have in your bank account,
But if you get a RWD car, don’t drive like an asshole. The power is in your rear, so if you accelerate hard out of a corner, you are going to spin out

There are mods that’d make you look like a ricer but would actually help you.
Luvers: if you are in a state where the sun wants to kill everyone, lovers are a really good idea, they block out a lot of heat and keep your interior temperature down, but you lose a bit of rear visibility
Vortex generators: so these are basically spikes on your car right above the back window, idk the science but apparently they help fuel efficiency.
