Send all your files to an email, can either be a deactivated account or just someone who’s disposed to hold them for you.
Then, reset your phone.
after you reset your phone, get your Gmail account back, go to the sent Message containing the files, and download them back.
this method may be a little overcomplicated, but hey if it works, it works.
You could also, like…email things to yourself. Thats…literally a thing.
