Four years ago today, my second weapon pack was released, themed around traditional Chinese weapons. The quality of this pack didn’t really hold up, and honestly, I get a little sad whenever I see it, because it’s gotten a lot of downloads for something I’m not happy with anymore.

So I sought to remaster it in the past couple of weeks, and this is my result. Top image is a plain showcase of the weapons; the bottom is a comparison between new and old (left & top is new, right & bottom is old, if that makes sense). I didn’t have time to make the thumbnail, unfortunately, so I can’t show that off

A new feature here: tassels, which will be able to be attached to weapons. It will be easier to use them if you’re willing and able to edit the figures themselves to utilize customization and better placement, because the system I have is a little rudimentary. More tassels will be made in later packs, with the same placement system, of course

ORIGINALLY, the plan was to make the remaster and include a few new weapons in there, such as the Jiuhuandao and Hudiedao seen in the last post. However, I got a bit too ambitious, and started including more and more, and eventually, there were 22 total unique figures and some 50+ included parts. That’s a bit too much, even by my standards. So I have to split it in two – expect a second Chinese weapon pack in the coming weeks. I’ll probably be posting a sneak peek, because I have a lot of them done already, as I was working on both the remasters and the new weapons simultaneously

    That’s all, have a good day 🙂
