• The swords of my next weapon pack – a remaster of an old one. This will include the following:

    Jiuhuandao, a nine-ringed broadsword
Yuntoudao, traditional broadsword, named “Dadao” in my former pack
Dao, which would be called Liuyuedao for nerds
Hudiedao, better known as Butterfly Sword(s)
    Jian
Fu Tao, better known as Hook Sword(s)
Changdao, sometimes called Miaodao, without the curve

The asterisk next to the name implies they are a unique weapon, not included in the old pack – as such, they are not a remaster, but a new design

There will be around 20 weapons in this upcoming pack. 10 remasters, 10 unique. It will also include a new customization system, which I’ll save for the next post. This, plus the scabbards and variants, totals almost 40 figures – one of my larger weapon packs to date

    Keep an eye out 👀

I’ll start working on DOOM figures, my OC design, and other minor things. At the rate of three completed projects a year. Thank you Stick Nodes

I will be working on finishing in-progress projects, then moving to DOOM weapons for a small bit – hopefully, I will then have the motivation to start on remastered weapon packs and perhaps even my OC in figure form.

Came back just to say that I WISH I had the patience to include this level of detail in my pieces. Also great job with the form and overall layering of his outfit, weapons too! Hatch shading is also done rlly well in every spot, differentiating the materials nicely. Great job!!!

Means a lot coming from you brother. I’ve been going through your posts the last couple of days and studying how you draw facial anatomy, it’s really fascinating how you do it. Fortunately drawing armored men like this negates the need for showing my atrocious face art skills lol

Means just as much to me bro, and trust me i absolutely suck at drawing anything armor or weapon related lol. Seeing ur level of drawing gives me no doubt that u could easily learn to draw faces as I do, if not better

  • The beautiful, sprawling Salt River Canyon. Photos taken by me

It’s not the Grand Canyon, but it’s still absolutely breathtaking. A lot better in person, obviously, as with most pictures.
Drivers in Arizona are usually just complete morons, but along the ridge of the canyon, everyone drove VERY slow and cautious. I’m not sure if they were scared of flying off the edge, or if they were admiring the landscape; either way, definitely made it a lot better
There were a few car wrecks at the bottom of the basin along the wall, along with many flowers and crosses on the barricades. Didn’t take any pictures of that, felt a bit disrespectful, not sure why
I can go on for hours, hating on my state, but the natural beauty and sunsets (not featured here, obviously) are undeniably gorgeous. Almost makes you forget you’re baking in the average year-long heat of 120°F

In other news, Stanchion is in progress. After it’s done, I’ll probably take a small break from making figures – like a week to a month, we’ll see

No, I’ve gotten used to it by now. Tradeoff is I consider any weather below 80°F to be freezing cold, unfortunately. If the weather says it’s 70°F I’m going out with three jackets and a few blankets

Thanks big man, almost died for these – wind tried blowing me off the edge a few times. Thankfully, from my Stick Nodes experience, I’ve got impeccable hand strength, and I’d be able to gouge my fingers into the canyon wall to slow my fall

  • Halo Reach’s Sniper Rifle, SRS99-AM. Not sure how to feel about this one, something feels off about it, I don’t know. There are a few missing elements/angles, but with honesty, they weren’t really worth including
    Stanchion next 👿

    9
  • Quick hall-type backgrounds for ye old times, they will be submitted separately because I’m greedy 👿
Also relatively low-detail and low-node for any animations people might want to make; I was thinking some small 2D fight scenes would be great on these. Maybe scenery if you’re creative

If there are any mistakes with the thumbnails, assume it was on purpose, thanks
    Back to Halo figures

    7
  • Halo UNSC Crate & Container pack; basically storage props

Not too detailed or complicated, all on the lower end of node counts, meant for large scenes and such. There are, however, still moveable and customizable parts. Names are somewhat random/generic, because if I used the lore names, you’d never find them in your library
Entire pack is subject to change, and it will be a second before I submit it, because I’m not sure if I want to change, add, or remove anything. Also, as mentioned yesterday, this is one of many Halo UNSC prop packs I mean to make, next one likely being covers and barricades

As a side note, it’s taken 11 months to make all this (working on-and-off of course), so ironic that I get it finished the day after MJ posts some prop figures 😔

  • Yeah we’re back. Very proud of this
Tomorrow, I will be posting a big project I’ve been working on for months. It’s taken a lot of effort & research, and each “part” will include many figures. Keep an eye out 🤫
(Also Spiker will be on site soon)

    10
  • The Spiker, from Paegaas Workshop; brutal Jiralhanae rifles, firing superheated metal spikes known for embedding themselves into the enemy, cauterizing the wound, and sometimes even pinning the victim to a nearby wall. The recoil is negated only by the stupid weight of the weapon, and Marines have reported it to smell like “burnt hair.”
As seen in Halo Reach (my favorite)
    Craig Approved.
