The Union has Phantom Squad and it’s leader, Grand General Ochaerion Lae.
The Verrinian Republic has no elite team yet.
The AOW is planned to have an all female elite rank thanks to the fact the AOW Queen thinks women are superior to men and thus are exclusive in that rank.

1) maybe a commander of a mercenary organisation.
2) all species have their advantages. Quetarians are the most advanced, Charcadons are the most agile, Lacktorns have the best stamina and Quarreens have best strength.
