No, just make her breast a single rounded segment, have it face more downwards than up, because gravity is a thing.
Make the thighs and ESPECIALLY the calves thinner or more rugged to accentuate muscle, a crease or two also does the trick.
Make the clothes less revealing. Add a longer dress and maybe a top underneath.
