What does my RHG need? or is it already good enough?
It doesn’t really NEED anything. Sure you can make it more appealing to the eye, but if you don’t want to, you don’t have to. A green creature once told me, “Do or do not, there is no try” You either don’t make him “better” or you do. It is up to you to decide, even though you can get suggestions. *ponders in how much bs was just said*

I don’t understand how that wasn’t obvious for him.
I feel like the only thing it needs is a bit less of a saturated color design. I love the weapons, though.

I’d say everything’s okay beside two things.
The RHG still needs spme more diversity in the node size of his limbs.
Get rid of the scythe, they are ineffective and clumsy. If you want something similar, get either a Naginata or a Halberd
