No, it’s dependent on region. Those Near the equator where it’s hotter are usually born closer to the blue spectrum while the northern and southern kind are more around the pink spectrum.
Most Solarians stayin very hot areas, hence why the most common colour is dark, pale blue.
Vyesse by her purple colour can be identified from being born near the equator but still closer to the north or south
