there’s really no magic, it’s just 2 different figures

You make a fig for the front, side and rear. If you’re really a perfectionist though or can’t utilise the effects correctly, you could create a front and rear diagonal fig too,
It takes time to do but the payoff is worth it all.
if you’re lazy you can have all the limbs in a diagonal pose and then a front pose and have a horizontal blur to mask the details
not perfect but it should work

Or make a simpler version for turning around scenes then switch back to normal when they stop turning
