I dunno, are you going for a Minecraft look or a detailed look.
Minecraft itself isn’t very detailed so I can see why it’s plain green, orange and white, light purple. But i consider talking to a somebody really good at making figs (not me) or if u want my advice, then add some gills or those diffrent colored pixels like how it is in Minecraft or those little cracks on there heads. Snip, add dradient to the eyebrow
Add little pixels like on the proper ones
Make them have an extra layer as they aren’t just a cube
Spikes have gradient on Elder Guardians and are fancy on regulars

I mean since it’s Minecraft you’re pretty much done
tho a subtle-ass gradient would make it pop
Actually pretty good as-is, really nothing I could add that hasn’t been mentioned by anyone else
I guess add some “pixels” for the sand effect but I got nothing else
