His email is linked to a Google + account, but there are no signs of a Youtube account.

Basically Teo was that huge Power Rangers fan who was acting extremely rude towards everyone, he also spammed and stuff.
His main account got banned, but somehow he managed to come back through a “friend’s” account or something and this account was also banned if I’m not mistaken.
Also my Power rangers stickfigure was for this guy.
