You’re partially right. It’s actually an oc inspired the by book series ‘Wings of Fire’. Specifically, this character is a hybrid of a HiveWIng and a SilkWing, giving him an insect-like appearance.

Well yeah, I never said he was super OP or anything. He’s a WoF oc, his strongest abilities are being able to create a substance called FlameSilk (which is basically creating whips made of fire), and having a barbed tail that can inject a paralyzing nerve toxin.
