    @Ralph, we have a problem mate. I got the most up to date version of SN (2.5.3), but when I download figures, it says there’s a problem and I gotta check to see if it’s up to date.

    When I go to check it says that everything is up to date, don’t need to update or anything. Any fixes?

      you might be downloading one particular figure made with 2.5.5 (ios)

      Android will be updating very soon
